"I TRAVEL, YOU TRAVEL, THEY TRAVELLED FAR".
Following on from total media approval of SIMPLE MINDS new album "EMPIRES AND DANCE", a single
is to be released to coincide with the beginning of the UK tour commencing on October 16.
The single "I TRAVEL" (ARIST 372) taken from the new album is backed with "NEW WARM SKIN", a previously
unreleased track recorded during the "EMPIRES AND DANCE" sessions.
"I TRAVEL" will initially be released in a limited edition with a shrink
wrapped flexi-disc also containing a previously unreleased track "KALEIDOSCOPE"
and "FILM THEME DUB", a completely remixed version of
"FILM THEME" taken from The Minds' second album
"REAL TO REAL CACOPHONY". The single will be packaged in
a full colour picture bag and released on October 17.
