additional information
Whilst the track listing on the cassette was correct, the sleeve got them wrong by following the same order as the 7". The sleeve also included the generic Cassette Single logo (which was introduced on the Kick It In cassette single).

Both sides played the same.

Mint copies can still be found today.

format
12" with grey paper labels in full colour gatefold sleeve with pop-up map.

release date
November 1989

Sleeve by Assorted iMaGes

additional information
The limited edition 12" was a lavish affair. Not only did it include the CJ Mackintosh Mix of Sign O' The Times but featured a pop-up European Tour '89 map inside the gatefold sleeve.

The maps were perforated along the folds which could tear if the gatefold was fully opened. Therefore although the glossy sleeve usually survived in mint condition, the maps inside were sometimes damaged. So mint copies may be difficult to find.

additional information
Only a small number of these 5" CDs made it onto the UK market. The catalogue information on the sleeve also indicates it was bound for Europe so it was issued in the UK as a limited edition with the vast majority being exported to the continent.

Copies of this CD have always been scarce.
