The album hadn't been released on vinyl, so Virgin had some leeway with their 'mini-vinyl' replica.
They chose to use a gatefold sleeve which included the green graphics used in the original CD booklet. And the
original CD booklet was included in one of the gatefold flaps.

This promotional CDR was packaged with the other seven releases from this set, wrapped in the
associated press release, and the whole package secured by rubber bands. When they reached
the collectors' market, most were sold separately.
