This Dutch single-track promo featured non-standard cover artwork and graphics. However, the album artwork and release date were included on the other side of the sleeve.

Very rare, it was apparently limited to just 30 copies.

At some point, the Dutch record company received the correct cover artwork, and switched to using that. However the "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY" (which features on the UK sleeve) is missing. It also features the same grey promo CD and same text on the back of the inlay (complete with the same "For promotional use onmly" typo) as the first Dutch promo.
