At some point, the Dutch record company received the correct cover artwork, and switched to using that. However the "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY"
(which features on the UK sleeve) is missing. It also features the same grey promo CD and
same text on the back of the inlay (complete with the same "For promotional use onmly" typo) as the first Dutch promo.
