i travel 7"

tracks
A1. I Travel[Edit](3:06)
B1. New Warm Skin(4:35)

catalogue
Zoom Arista ARIST 372
ARIST 372 A//1 EUT/ARIST 372 B//1 EUT

format
7" with blue die-cast labels with full colour sleeve.

release date
September 1980

additional information
Mint copies are now probably impossible to find. The ridges around the die-cast labels cause ring-wear and dirt to accumulate on the sleeve, which itself is made of paper and slightly flimsy.

i travel 7" flexi-disc

tracks
A1. Kaleidoscope(4:15)
A2. Film Theme Dub(1:26)

catalogue
Zoom Arista ARIST 372c
573

format
7" blue one-sided flexi-disc.

release date
September 1980

additional information
Some copies have 'lost' their parent I Travel singles and are now being sold separately. As flexi-discs, the sound quality is awful, but you'll need one to hear Film Theme Dub.

i travel 12"

tracks
A1. I Travel[Extended](6:13)
B1. Kaleidoscope(4:15)
B2. Film Theme(2:25)

catalogue
Zoom Arista ARIST 12372
600 289 A//600 289 B

format
12" with full colour labels in colour picture sleeve.

release date
September 1980

additional information
This was the French version (Arista 600 289), imported into the UK, and stickered with the UK catalogue number. It was cheaper to produce them in France.

Whilst the label and sleeve suggested that Film Theme Dub was on the B-side, the more common Film Theme was included instead.

Copies in good condition are plentiful due to the thick glossy sleeve.

i travel 7" with flexi-disc (unopened)

tracks
A1. I Travel[Edit](3:06)
B1. New Warm Skin(4:35)

catalogue
Zoom Arista ARIST 372
ARIST 372 A//1 EUT/ARIST 372 B//1 EUT

format
7" with blue die-cast labels with full colour sleeve.

release date
September 1980

additional information
In the last twenty years, I've seen two unopened examples of the original I Travel with limited edition flexi-disc. This was how it was originally sold.

The years have not been kind - the plastic packaging has shrunk, causing the sleeve to buckle and bend. You might find a mint copy one day - but it won't remain mint forever.

i travel 7" with company sleeve

tracks
A1. I Travel[Edit](3:06)
B1. New Warm Skin(4:35)

catalogue
Zoom Arista ARIST 372
ARIST 372 A//1 EUT/ARIST 372 B//1 EUT

format
7" with blue die-cast labels with full colour sleeve.

release date
September 1980

additional information
Some versions of the single were available in Arista company sleeves. These versions of the single are rarer than the normal picture sleeve issue.
