Another extremely rare US promo CD was issued by Sanctuary, complete with FBI Anti-Piracy warning labels.

(Note that the blue area around the centre hole is due to the CD being scanned with a blue background and is not part of the CD itself).

In November 2007, a number of these US promos suddenly appeared. They were probably withheld from release as the situation over the Black And White 050505 US release was clarified; with the result that they were probably never issued at the time.

I guess a small number escaped a couple of years later when someone's desk was cleared at Sanctuary US.
